Warranty

Tyson Fence Co warranties labor on PVC, ornamental aluminum and chain link fences for a 2 year period after initial installation. This is for labor only, not the materials used. Please see separate product warranties pages.

This warranty is only effective upon timely payment at completion of the fence and is non-transferable. Warranty does not cover Acts of God i.e. floods, wind damage. This warranty covers movement or settling of posts also, proper gate function. This includes sagging of gates and defects with hinges and latches (latches only have a one year warranty per manufacturer).
